ACCESSING THE MEMBERSHIP

Q. I can’t seem to login to the Jarring Science Club. How do I login?

Welcome to the Jarring Science Club!  To login, check your email for details on how to access your episodes. All JSC content is hosted on MemberValut. If you have any problems, email us at info@steamsational.com.

ABOUT THE EPISODES

Q. Who is the Jarring Science Club for? 

Children learn science best and understand scientific ideas better if they are able to investigate and experiment. 

Hands-on science helps children think critically and gain confidence in their own ability to solve problems. 

The Jarring Science Club is for traditional classrooms, homeschools, after-school programs, STEM labs, and anyone who has a kiddo interested in science!

Q. When do JSC members receive new episodes?

New Jarring Science episodes will be available every Monday (4 episodes a month). You'll also get an email with a link to the new lesson each Monday morning.

Q. How long do I have access to the Jarring Science Club content?

You have access to JSC lessons as long as you are an active member. Episodes do not expire.  If you decide to cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to any of the existing or new content.

Q. What sort of experiments will be included? 

We like to experiment with a wide variety of science themes in our jars. We include science demonstrations to illustrate specific scientific concepts, open-ended science exploration to boost critical thinking, and science projects that kids can use for science fair projects. 

Q. What age range is the Jarring Science Club for? 

The Club is designed with ages 5-12 in mind. The idea is to allow your child to do the experiments alone. However, if you want to provide more support, a preschooler may be able to do the experiments. And middle schoolers usually love these experiments as well.

USER FAQ

Q. Can I share my login with others?

No, this memberships comes with a single-family or classroom user license and can not be shared with extended family members.

Q. I would like to buy a membership for a family member.  How do I do that?

When purchasing a membership, you will be asked to set up an account by creating a username (email address) and password.  When purchasing for your family member, it's best to use their email address and then set up a password for them.  If you have any questions, please contact info@steamsational.com

BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Q. Am I automatically billed for the Jarring Science Club?

Members are automatically billed depending upon your membership.  You do not need to re-enroll, memberships will automatically renew until you decide to cancel. 

Q. I need to update the credit card on my account.

To update the credit card information on file for your account, contact info@steamsational.com

Q. Can I suspend my membership?

We do not suspend memberships.  the Jarring Science Club is a rolling membership.   You may cancel at anytime and rejoin at the current member's price.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

This website and the service it provides contain intellectual property owned by Brenda Priddy and Jarring Science/STEAMsational. This includes the graphics, images and videos. This is provided to you as part of the Service for your single-family user or classroom license.

Memberships services are all individual subscriptions and can not be shared. One email address per membership subscription.

You have access to all materials presented and offered in this membership site for as long as you are an active member. Once you cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to the private, Jarring Science Club website and all of its content.

PRIVACY POLICY

Jarring Science stores your name and email address on our servers. Your email address will be used to contact you about account status and other actions initiated on www.jarringscience.com We will never sell your email address or use it for any purposes other than contacting you about JSC concerns.

CREDIT CARD INFO

Credit Card info is not stored on www.jarringscience.com servers. All credit card orders are processed via our transaction gateway, Paypal. All recurring billing is handled via their gateway services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to the private Jarring Science Club portal and all of its’ content.  To cancel your membership, send an email to info@STEAMsational.com or cancel directly through PayPal.

REFUND POLICY

The Jarring Science Club has a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. Just email us at info@steamsational.com and we will get you sorted! All we ask is that you try 1-2 experiments before you leave.
